Добрый день! Подскажите как поступить правильно. Ребёнку 5 лет, аденоиды замучили, к тому же хуже стал слышать. Врачи уже говорят делать операцию. Про этот метод слышала, но прочитала что в домашних условиях можно навредить, выполняя упражнения. В нашем городе я не слышала что бы практиковали метод Бутейко. Как поступить? Ок
